These are the most frequent asked questions we are getting from our users.
There are two ways to stream a fitness live session:
1) Use your smartphone
2) Use a software compatible with RTMP protocol
You first need to schedule one Live Session in the app by pressing the "New Session" button. Select Live, single or recurring sessions, and enter all session details. After session creation, you will receive an e-mail with the session details, including the RTMP settings, to use that option.
If you are streaming using the RTMP protocol, you will need to configure your streaming software with the RTMP Server and Stream Key before initiating your live session.
Whether you stream using your smartphone camera or using RTMP software, you need to open the session you created and press "Start Live Session." At this point, you can choose the method you will be using.
To start streaming with your smartphone camera, select the smartphone portrait or landscape mode, and your stream starts. To start streaming with RTMP software, choose the RTMP option, then open your RTMP software and start streaming from there.

Take this delay into account while teaching; if you ask your followers something, allow those 15-20 seconds to get an answer.
